The Osmeña Peak (TOPS) Skyline Garden and View Deck
The Osmena Peak, also known as “TOPS” to locals, is highest peak in the
Southern Cebu and provides a great view of the whole City of Cebu
including Mactan Island. There is a park at the Osmena Peak, which
serves as a great observation deck. The area is also popular for its
many hiking trails.
